Salesforce Developer

3 Month Initial Contract Outside IR35

Fully Remote

Main Responsibilities
• Develop Apex (classes, triggers, and unit tests), Lightning Components, Pages, and Visualforce.
• Improve and maintain integrations
• Analyse and troubleshoot Salesforce issues or performance challenges, recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Continuously enhance Salesforce processes based on best practices and business requirements.
• Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
• Assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy updates to existing applications and code.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and considerations (security, scalability, limits).
• Support the Salesforce Administrator with high-complexity support tickets.
• Assist with general Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, dashboards, and reports.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical specifications and development work.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders regarding project scope and progress.
