Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Energy & Utilities Cloud experience to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions. This role is crucial in shaping and optimising B2B energy and utilities processes, ensuring that solutions are both scalable and aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deliver robust Salesforce solutions tailored to the Energy & Utilities sector.
- Leverage deep B2B expertise to optimise complex sales and customer engagement workflows.
- Define and implement best practices, balancing configuration vs. customisation within Energy & Utilities Cloud.
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance, influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce governance, security, and scalability principles.
- Drive innovation using Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and API integrations to enhance system capabilities.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud – this is a must-have.
- Strong Salesforce B2B background, ideally within energy, utilities, or a related sector.
- Deep understanding of configuration vs. out-of-the-box capabilities within Salesforce E&U Cloud.
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management – must have gravitas and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture, Lightning, Apex, LWC, and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a strategic mindset to drive complex solutions.
This is a high-impact, outside IR35 contract role for an experienced Salesforce Architect who can own the technical vision and drive transformational change in the Energy & Utilities sector.
