Global Payroll Process Lead (Contract)

£800 - £1000 per day Outside IR35

A successful technology company are looking to recruit a Global Payroll Process Lead to streamline all current payroll processes on a remote working contract basis.

Global Payroll Process Lead (Contract) - Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current global payroll processes identifying areas for improvements across all regions EMEA, APAC etc. and address issues with existing vendors and ICPs.
• Successfully manage current vendor relationships and lead a RFP process to find more efficient partners where appropriate.
• Introduce better controls acroos the payroll operation to reduce errors and improve accuracy.
• Identify immediate improvements to correct the most critical of payroll errors.

Global Payroll Process Lead (Contract) - Skills and Experience:

• Strong global payroll project experience with expertise in payroll operations across multiple regions.
• Excellent vendor management skills combined with a demonstrable history of ICP and RFP project leadership.
• Management of senior payroll professionals combined with strong and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent internal process auditing skills and ability to recommend and implement successful amendments.
