• At least 3 years' experience with Ruby development.
• A strong track record of building scalable web applications in agile environments.
• Expertise in advocating for best practices in code quality, architecture, maintainability, performance, and scalability.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency with Ruby.
• Solid understanding of Git and GitHub.
• Experience with Rails API development.
