D365 PMO Analyst & Change Management - 6 Month Contract - Outside IR35

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable, PMO Analyst & Change Manager with strong stakeholder management skills to to roll out Microsoft D365 to replace the client ERP, WMS, CRM, and implement a new telephony system. We are looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a highly experience D365 Change and PMO Delivery Manager who will assist the Programme Manager with the implementation phase of the project.

Joining as a PMO Analyst & Change Manager, you will be supporting the delivery of a
D365 project as-well as carrying out general PMO responsibilities, you will be responsible for;

· Collating and distribution of the weekly governance pack

· Recording of minutes, actions, and decisions

· Reporting

· RAID management

· Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with senior management and key personnel

· Ensuring adherence to project change control processes and templates

· Workshop Facilitation

· Apply change methodologies, processes, and to create a strategy to support adoption of
the changes required for the project.

· Manage project communications to enable the delivery and adoption of the change

· Assess the change impact via change impact analysis and readiness assessments.

· Support training - Provide input, document requirements, and deliver training

Additional responsibilities:

· Complete change management assessments

· Risk Management

· Consult and coach key stakeholder's teams

· Change plan and actions

· Support and engage senior leaders

· Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

· Coordinate efforts with other specialists

· Integrate change management activities into the project plan

· Evaluate and ensure user readiness

· Manage stakeholders

· Track and report issues

· Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

· Support change management at the organizational level

· Manage the change portfolio

This role requires excellent communications skills and an understanding/experience in delivering Dynamics 365. Knowledge and experience of delivering business Change is mandatory.

The successful candidate will have strong management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects.

The role will be based on site on the outskirts of Birmingham
