Senior QA Tester at Stott and May, Southampton, 6 to 12 Months, £320-£370 per day

Senior QA Tester - Outside IR35

Candidates MUST be able to work onsite 4 days per week in Southampton.

Location: Southampton (4-days per week in office)
Start: ASAP
Duration: initial 6 months

Overview:
Testers will be working on end-to-end testing of merchant onboarding and AML & risk products. You will generate high quality testing outputs for delivery of products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual testing for the Front End to the Back End of the applications
- Reporting test defects/issues and tracking fixes
- Understanding user stories
- Identifying new areas of testing to improve quality
- Set accurate delivery expectations and provide regular updates to the line manager.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in manual and automated testing
- Experience defining test strategies and the management of entire end to end processes.
- Effective communication skills with all stakeholders
- Experience on databases and confident in usage of SQL for querying to use in test acceptance
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, testRail tools.
- ISTQB qualified (desirable)
- Experience in the finance industry (desirable)
