IAM Business Analyst - 6 months - Remote - Outside IR35

Hamilton Barnes is partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking an experienced IAM Business Analyst to support their IAM modernisation project. This role offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, delivering critical IAM services for a well-established organisation.

The position is signed off Outside IR35, working full remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage stakeholder communications, including coordinating meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and preparing Executive briefings.
• Draft IAM policies and support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and successful project delivery.
• Proactively track project progress, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide subject matter expertise in IAM tools such as SailPoint or Azure AD to support the implementation and ongoing management of identity solutions.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements, including drafting and reviewing IAM documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather and document IAM requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and security policies.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Business Analyst experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex processes and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting policy documents, meeting notes, and stakeholder reports.
• Experience supporting change management and training initiatives within the scope of IAM projects.
• Knowledge of IAM principles, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and regulatory compliance.
