Lead Business Analyst - Workforce Management / WFM

Largely remote, with some travel to London & Manchester for workshops

6 months, outside IR35 up to £470 per day

Lead Business Analyst required for Phase Two of a WFM project. They are looking for someone with experience in WFM, to help them understand the art of the possible in addition to more traditional BA tasks. Very strong stakeholder management skills required to build consensus.

The role will involve:

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, HR and operations, to gather and clarify requirements for the workforce management system.
• Facilitate workshops to ensure all stakeholder perspectives and ways of working are considered.

Requirements Analysis:

• Facilitate and lead workshops to conduct thorough analysis of business processes related to workforce management, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement and a consistent approach to policy and process across the business.
• Ensure different ways of working and current as is is thoroughly understood and consensus built around new to be state.
• Elicit and document thorough requirements, to ensure future benefits are realised.

Solutions:

• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Develop use cases, process flows, and wireframes to communicate design concepts clearly.

About you

Essential

• Experience as Lead / Senior Business Analyst with significant Workforce Management / WFM experience. Dayforce would be a bonus but not essential.
• Must have demonstrable experience working with HR and Operational stakeholders and building consensus with a senior team.
• Able to use prior WFM BA experience to share best practice and the art of the possible.
• Able to travel to London or Manchester occasionally for workshops or other relevant meetings. But otherwise work remotely.
• Able to effectively facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and to win consensus.

Desirable

• Available to start something quickly.
• Able to lead a more Junior BA resource in time.
