Our client, a prominent player in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Non-Functional Test Lead with a minimum of 15 years’ experience to oversee and execute non-functional testing activities for key projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact within the client’s testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee all non-functional testing activities.
• Collaborate with the project team to determine in-scope NFT projects and prepare comprehensive test plans.
• Step in to prepare and execute tests in the absence of an available NFT Analyst.
• Identify testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies that align with the project’s non-functional testing needs.
• Define and create test environment and test data requirements.
• Lead the execution of NFT scenarios, such as load tests, stress tests, and endurance tests.
• Provide detailed test reports, including insights, observations, and recommendations for improvements.
• Lead training and development sessions to enhance the NFT skills of team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in non-functional testing.
• Extensive experience in planning and executing non-functional tests.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies for NFT.
• Proven ability to collaborate and provide leadership in a testing environment.
• Experience in leading load, stress, and endurance tests.
• Ability to provide detailed reports and actionable insights based on testing results.

Additional Details:

• Working Hours: 40 hours per week
• Contract Duration: 11 months with potential extensions up to 6 years
• Clearances: None required
• Overtime: Available with manager approval
