CRM Project Manager - £600/day - hybrid - 7 months - Dec/Jan start

bluewaveSELECT are working with a global process industry end-customer to provide an experienced Project Manager for their transition from SAP C4C to Salesforce.

This is a global project, but due to potential travel costs we are prioritising people based in UK, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Germany, Poland.

This role is OUTSIDE IR35, subsequently we will not dictate the amount of onsite, but an experienced PM should understand an effective approach to balancing onsite vs remote.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES

• Project plan, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Status reports (monthly) of project activities undertaken by customer and 3rd party vendors including Issue reports, End Stage reports and Lessons Learnt
• Risk, Issue, Dependency, and Assumptions Registers
• Entry/exit criteria for each delivery phase, including go-live.
• Business Readiness assessments before go-live.
• A dynamic log of unplanned actions
• Cutover and Deployment Reversion Detailed Plan/Business continuity Plans (in conjunction with the Change Manager)
• Cutover issue & risk analysis
• Documentation of all approvals, sign-offs, success criteria and metrics with a post go-live improvement plan based on best practices.
• Deployment, Change Management, and Communications plans

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years + Project Management on Salesforce/CRM projects
• Proven functional expertise with Salesforce, to the degree required to advise client and hold SI responsible
• Good grasp on Data related activities in moving to Salesforce with Legacy systems feeding data
• Highly skilled with stakeholder management, this role will answer to the exec board
• Good understanding of Change, able to pinpoint areas of Change to advise Change team
• SAP background, client has ECC + S/4
• Process industry experience, sat on end user side
