Test Manager – Salesforce & CRM

Worcester (Hybrid x2 days per week on site)

6 months - Outside IR35

Are you an experienced Test Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality CRM solutions? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead the testing efforts for our Salesforce and CRM projects, ensuring smooth implementations and seamless integrations that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and execution for Salesforce and CRM projects.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, including unit, system, regression, and UAT.
• Coordinate defect management and resolution processes with development teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure test alignment with project goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager with Salesforce and CRM expertise.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
