Technical Hardware Support Specialist (Security Cleared)

We’re seeking a Technical Hardware Support Specialist to manage hardware, software, and user support in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account management, updates, diagnostics, and backup configuration.
• Hardware and network troubleshooting, system maintenance, and recovery plans.
• Supporting cybersecurity investigations and ensuring compliance.
• Responding to user issues with a written response within 30 minutes.

Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Mandatory - SC / DV / NATO
• 3+ years’ experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
