Project manager - Refit at Alexander Associates, Hampshire, £400.00 per Day

Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience to lead and manage key workstreams across multiple projects.

The role will focus on:

• Lab refit: Experience in commercial refit projects is desirable, but experience in lab-specific fitouts is not essential.
• IT Development: Overseeing the integration and implementation of IT systems.
• Contract Management: Managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Health & Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety standards on site.

Skills and Experience:

• A recognised project management qualification.
• At least 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of leading complex projects.
• Experience managing workstreams related to lab or commercial refits, IT development, and contract management.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Location and Working Arrangement:

• This role is based in a laboratory in Farnborough. You will be expected to work on-site for 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.

Rate:We are offering a competitive rate of £400 per day (Outside IR35) for the duration of the project.
