Infrastructure Architect - Outside IR35 - 6 months - Bristol/Farnborough

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to help design and deliver an ICT solution for a key client. You will need DV clearance and will work in Farnborough or Bristol (preferably Bristol).

• Duration: 6 months
• Rate: £550-£620 per day
• Determination: Outside IR35
• Location: Bristol or Farnborough

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and document infrastructure solutions, including hosting and desktop elements.
• Create network schematics and detailed designs using Visio.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements and prepare system documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to approve and implement designs.
• Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with the test team to validate plans.

Skills & Experience:

• Knowledge of MOD ICT and network standards.
• Experience with VMware, Linux, and Microsoft Windows (Active Directory, RDS, Group Policy).
• Expertise in Privileged Access Management, Auditing, Backup/Storage systems, and IP Networking.

Security Clearance:

• DV clearance is required.
