Oracle Fusion Cutover Manager - 10 Months Contract - Outside IR35 - Excellent Rates

Evolve ERP are working with one of our portfolio clients for the hire of an Oracle Cloud Project Manager around Service Transition & Cutover on an initial 10 month contract, with extensions. My Client are currently going through a transformation programme in which they are replacing Oracle EBS with Oracle Cloud.

This role will lead the Service Transition and Cutover workstream within my clients Oracle Cloud HR & Finance Transformation Programme and support the overall implementation of Oracle Fusion. The role will be responsible for defining the plans for Service Transition & Cutover and driving traction against these in line with the Programme plan.

The ideal candidate will have worked on multiple Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a project manager with focus on cutover.

Key Skills:

• Strong core Project Management skills (must have a project management qualification such as Prince 2, Agile Practitioner, APM, PMP)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, SMEs, Senior Leaders
• Experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM) implementations and in leading large ERP and HCM cutovers
• Strong capability of leading and managing a team, both internally and from third-party suppliers
• Collaborative approach to work, promoting effective teamwork with stakeholders
