Are you an experienced Programme Management Office Analyst? Are you well versed in producing Programme plans that account for the deliverables and interdependencies of several workstreams? Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting consultancy opportunity for a Programme PMO Analyst to aid the ongoing maturity of a change and transformation function with several enterprise workstreams in flight. As a specialist provider of resource to the Property & Associated Technology markets, we are delighted to be partnering with a social enterprise offering you the opportunity to make a difference and gain experience as part of a modern digital environment within a company that is investing and modernising. This is an up to 6 month contract, offered either inside or outside IR35.

The purpose of the role will be to work closely with several programme and projects leads to ensure an overarching programme plan through to delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing analytical skills to aid and inform programme planning, tracking, and management; RAID management; building robust resource models and to facilitate supply and demand planning; analyse and provide MI reports on performance across all areas of the programme and project portfolio; continuously improve efficiency; lead on capacity planning; portfolio view of plans maintenance and variation tracking; and information pack production.

Must Have

  • Commercial PMO Analyst experience at programme level, programme management, senior project management, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Excellent RAID & Finance Workbook Management skills to forecast and track risk and spend.
  • The ability to analyse complex data and to make decisions based on that analysis.
  • Experience with PMO/PPM software tools.
  • Strong Programme coordination, reporting, and administration skills.
  • You will be able to work under pressure in an environment with a constant changes and operational demands.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in the use of delivery and collaboration tools such TFS/DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.
  • Professional certification, such as PRINCE2, APMP, P3O, or similar
  • Experience of working on or within ERP/digital transformations


As an individual you will be a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills. You will have good critical-thinking, analysis, and problem-solving abilities, and be motivated, self-disciplined, and eager to contribute. The contract is offered on an initial 3-6 month contract basis either inside or outside of IR35, predominantly being based remote but with the flexibility to attend site in London when required. A quick start is required and, as such, interview appointments for suitable experienced consultants are available at swift turnaround.
