Contract Description
Asset & Configuration Infrastructure Specialist required for a 6-month contract, outside IR35, this role is predominately remote with some onsite work in Birmingham City Centre.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a focus on CMDB management.
- Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM tools (eg, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of CMDB concepts, data models, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
