Role: IT Project Analyst (x4)
Location: Newcastle
Type: Contract, Outside IR35
Start: November 2020
Duration: 3-4 Months
Clearance: Active BPSS is required as a minimum

CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking multiple IT Project Analysts on behalf of a leading organisation in the North East area. Working as a team, the Analysts will be responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of new IT equipment to staff and buildings as part of a total IT refresh programme.

Candidates will need to be based in the North East area, as whilst we expect homeworking, there will be on-site requirements and meetings to attend as part of the programme.

** Candidates must have active BPSS Clearance (or higher) for these roles **

Role Overview
*Contacting staff to validate that the correct software has been identified on their devices
*Validation of staff contact details to facilitate the delivery and collection of devices
*Scheduling the delivery of new devices to staff
*Scheduling collection of old devices for return and rebuild / reimaging
*Interim contact with staff to ensure packaged return of existing kit
*Rescheduling of delivery and collection of devices where required
*Post-collection customer satisfaction survey engagement
*Keeping accurate records of their contacts with staff
*Updating the courier suppliers software with delivery / collection data
*Weekly reporting to the Lead Business Liaison Analyst to ensure accurate metrics of the performance of the deployment are recorded
*Determine staff technology requirements and ensure that these requirements are centrally recorded and actioned by the Build Team.
*Act as the escalation point for all user escalations working with the user and the support teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
*Ensure staff are contacted post deployment to determine if any follow up activities and/or remediation is required.
