NHS Project Manager - Benefits Realisation Lancashire 3-6 Months £450-£500 per day OUTSIDE IR35 1-2 Days per week on site We are supporting an NHS organisation in Lancashire, to recruit an experienced Interim Benefits Manager to join a high-profile transformation programme. This role will play a key part in ensuring that programme benefits are clearly identified, measured and communicated, helping the organisation demonstrate the value and impact of its transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with programme teams, senior stakeholders and clinical leads to establish robust benefits management processes and ensure benefits are tracked throughout the programme lifecycle.
