The incoming programme director will lead a large-scale, multi-country implementation of Workday Financial Management and Human Capital Management (HCM) as part of a global business transformation programme. The role is accountable for end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring Finance and People processes are standardised, scalable, and successfully adopted across all geographies.
